Our IBD Kit has been used successfully to help many cats and small dogs with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), protein-losing enteropathy (PLE), chronic diarrhea and digestive upset. Along with conventional veterinary treatments, the IBD Kit is highly recommended to support cats diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma and dogs with lymphangiectasia.

- Relieves Digestive Discomfort and Repairs the Intestinal Tract
Symptoms of IBD in cats and dogs may include:
- Chronic diarrhea
- Chronic vomiting (Use Gastro ULC along with the IBD Kit)
- Inappetance
- Acid stomach, eating grass (Gastro ULC is very helpful for this)
- Stomach noises, gurgling, mucus and bloody stool
- Pain, bloating, and digestive discomfort
- Lack of energy
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is not one single problem but rather a diagnosis for a variety of intestinal disorders. IBD is often identified as a buildup of inflammatory cells in the intestines of your pet. This can be a health concern for both cats and dogs, but the good news is that inflammatory bowel disease treatment is available and effective at turning the situation around. When dealing with inflammatory bowel disease in dogs, natural treatment that targets the root causes, not just the symptoms, can be the most effective method for recovery.
The IBD Kit helps relieve digestive pain and discomfort, repairs the pet’s intestinal lining by reducing inflammation and helps it feel better again. Each natural remedy may be purchased separately, but clients have had the best results using all three supplements in combination. Introduce one product at a time over a few days, and then use all three simultaneously. We have seen excellent results even with the most sensitive pets.
If your pet is vomiting, Gastro ULC is very helpful for acid reflux, sensitive stomach, grass eating and stomach pain. Signs of acid stomach include grass eating, vomiting, licking of the air, gulping noises (especially at night) and panting. Gastro ULC works well along with the IBD Kit.
- Proven Success When Other Programs Have Failed
Many pet owners with cats and dogs that have IBD are discouraged and have tried different diets and medications with no success. We understand. We are IBD experts and our clients have had great results when they use our IBD Kit along with the suggested diet recommendations. If you are dealing with IBD in dogs or IBD in cats, treatment using our IBD kit can provide your pet some much-needed relief.

Power Probiotic – 60 capsules (tasteless powder sprinkles directly on food). Power Probiotic is the best probiotics for dogs with IBD and cats with IBD! Backed by scientific research, this powerful, multi-strain formula repopulates the good, friendly bacteria your pet’s digestive system needs. Pure and natural. Consisting of six probiotic strains chosen for their efficacy and safety, Power Probiotic promotes a healthy digestive system by improving intestinal balance. This natural remedy is essential if your pet has taken antibiotics as it fights yeast overgrowth. Many pets love the taste of Power Probiotic! Power Probiotic is helpful for all types of digestive symptoms, including bad breath, diarrhea, indigestion, vomiting, acid stomach and colitis. If you are dealing with colitis in cats or dogs, treatment that includes Power Probiotic can yield excellent results.
Soothing Digestive Relief – 100 capsules (powder mixes into food). Soothing Digestive Relief is an all-natural remedy uniquely designed to help dogs and cats with diarrhea, indigestion, tummy rumbling, mucous in the stool, gas, or bloody stool. This gentle but effective pet supplement provides soothing relief for the pain and discomfort associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), colitis and occasional indigestion. Soothing Digestive Relief for Pets contains a special blend of time-tested herbs and plant enzymes scientifically proven to calm and soothe the digestive tract. It’s veterinarian approved and recommended. It’s easy to administer -- just open the capsule and sprinkle on your pet's food. These digestive enzymes for cats with IBD and dogs with IBD are well tolerated by even the most sensitive pets. See below for ingredients.
NOT Drops – 10 ml drops. NOT Drops a special homeopathic combination formula that has been imported from Europe. These tasteless drops provide a balancing effect on the immune system, controlling harmful bacteria and reducing inflammation. Your pet’s intestinal tract contains a vast array of microbes and colonies of bacteria. Intestinal dysbiosis is a condition that arises when there is an imbalance in these microorganisms. The microorganisms (e.g., gut flora) are essential for proper digestion and immune functioning. Dysbiosis (imbalance of gut flora) results in digestive symptoms. NOT Drops help to control harmful bacteria and restore balance, improving digestive symptoms and immune function.
The IBD Kit Relieves Digestive Discomfort, Rebalances Gut Flora
and Repairs the Intestinal Tract
The Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Kit can benefit:
- Small dogs (< 20 pounds) with IBD, IBS, Colitis or Indigestion
Pets can develop IBD and other digestive issues due to a variety of reasons, including diet, stress, food allergies, exposure to parasites or worms, bacterial overgrowth and genetics. Our veterinarian-approved protocol of diet changes along with the IBD Kit (and Gastro ULC when the pet is vomiting) has had time-tested proven results since 2005. So if you’ve struggled to find a good solution for how to treat colitis in dogs naturally, we recommend adding digestive enzymes for dogs with IBD and dog colitis probiotics. The supplements can be purchased separately or together in the IBD Kit.
- Cats with IBD, IBS and intestinal lymphoma
Just as dogs can, cats can display digestive symptoms as a reaction to diet, stress, food allergies, etc. Cats can be naturally finicky, and the signs may be hard to detect initially in a multi-cat household. If a cat is showing symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss or loss of appetite, it’s essential to bring your cat to the veterinarian for a diagnosis. IBD is often seen in senior cats, and when left untreated, inflammatory bowel disease in cats can lead to more serious health problems such as intestinal lymphoma (cancer).
- Dogs with protein-losing enteropathy (PLE) and lymphangiectasia
These two intestinal diseases result in the loss of protein from the gastrointestinal tract. Medical intervention by a veterinarian is required, but using a holistic approach in conjunction is very helpful. While certain breeds such as Yorkshire terriers may have a genetic predisposition, there seems to be an autoimmune component involved as well. Autoimmune disease is characterized by an overloaded immune system in which the pet’s body forms antibodies to its own tissues and attacks itself. That is why using Immune Harmony, a natural plant sterol supplement formulated for autoimmune conditions, is so helpful. The goal of the treatment for these dogs is to control inflammation and improve absorption of nutrients, especially protein. Avoiding problematic foods and using supplements such as the IBD Kit, K9 Digestive Enzymes (contains ingredients proven to improve absorption of protein), Gastro ULC, and in some cases the Liver Support Kit can be life-changing for these pets. Please include your pet's diet, treats and health issues on the order form at checkout, and Ask Ariel will provide diet tips on the packing slip that comes with the product directions.

Lucky
"I just want to thank you for your products, I purchased the IBD Kit for my cat Lucky. He was having issues with vomiting, and had trouble holding food down even though he was hungry. My vet tested for feline viruses, performed a biopsy of the spleen, and administered steroid injections and cerenia for vomiting, but the treatment lasted for shorter periods of time. He was losing weight and was fading before my eyes. I prefer more natural treatments, so I stopped the vet visits, to try something else more natural. What did we have to lose at this point? I received the IBD Kit and administered the supplements and he immediately began to eat. At first it was occasional vomiting and I was still feeding the prescribed veterinary diet from my vet. We were making progress, but he was still sick. I decided to forgo that food & try the diet tips that came with my order. He ate it immediately and began to slowly increase his food intake, slowly gaining back some weight. I periodically gave him the supplements when he had a minor relapse. Today he is eating regularly and is keeping it down. Thank you for your products and advice. It means so much that our cat is having a much more normal life, even if we have to live with his IBD."

Bojangles
"Bojangles is doing so well on the IBD Kit. We have also put him on the no grain diet that you recommended. Thank you so much!!!"

Benny
“Benny IS a beautiful boy! Not just on the outside, but also on the inside with a gentle and giving soul. I first met him at the St. Paul Animal Humane Society. His human mom had passed away and her husband didn't understand why Benny was so loud and cried so much, so he gave Benny up. He was sleeping when I first saw him and I stroked his chin. In his sleep, he reached out his paw, touched my hand and melted my heart. I may have saved him (that day), but really, he SAVED me…Truly!
His diet consisted of only dried kibble at the Humane Society. I slowly weaned him to wet food (chicken) after bringing him home, but after a few weeks he began to throw everything up, even chicken broth... it was scary! However, after eight months, I am so excited to say that with your helpful diet suggestions and the AskAriel products, Benny is in fine health. I am a very very grateful furr-mom! The two mainstays of Benny's supplemental regime are the Power Probiotic for Pets and the Soothing Digestive Relief for Pets. The NotaSAN drops were very helpful recently too, when his poopies became diarrhea-like. I can't tell you how much less anxious I am knowing that I have the means to help him when he needs it. For a 14+ year old, he's living a very good life and I couldn't do it without you all at AskAriel.com!"
Thank you,
Geri, Minnesota
Burrito
“My cat Burrito, 14 years old, started vomiting hairballs occasionally. Then It got so frequent, we had to seclude Burrito to the basement every night. She had always slept between my husband and myself. Poor kitty! We took her to the vet, who thought she had acid reflex and Burrito was put on medication twice a day. It didn't work--she still vomited the same.
When we took her back to the vet, the vet said it could be IBD and wanted to put her on steroids to see if the inflammation that was causing the vomiting would go away and then some other testing. Instead I did some research and found Ask Ariel. I ordered the suggested IBD Kit combo of Probiotic, Soothing Digestive Enzymes and the NotaSAN drops ordered and waited for results. Wow it really worked! After I was done with the NotaSAN drops, we were doing our twice daily regimen of probiotics and digestive enzymes. Still every once in a while, I would find a white foamy liquid on the floor. Ask Ariel suggested to add Gastro ULC. That did the trick. My Burrito is happy again and back to sleeping with us. Thanks, Ariel!”

Cinnamon
“I wanted to let you know that our 12 year old Lhasa Apso Cinnamon is doing very, very well on the IBD Kit,in fact, far better than she did on steroids. I only wish the vet that put her on steroids would have told me there was a chance they would destroy her heart. I would have sought an alternative treatment for her much sooner than I did. Anyway, her poop is a much better consistency, and her appetite is greatly improved since she's been on the
IBD kit and I thank you immensely for your help and your products.”

Chloe
8 year old Mini-Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle) Has IBD and Had Been on Prednisone
"Susan, I feel so fortunate to have found you - if you only knew - I’m at a loss for the words every time expressing all the emotions, feelings, relief, peace and happiness as I watch her sit at my feet waiting for her food and if I take too long, hearing her whimper a little “hurry up mom” -- like music to my ears. Seeing and reading success stories from other people was a draw for me in the pursuit of trying to find REAL help for Chloe. It is so important to spread the word about how a good diet plays such a vital role in a pet’s well-being and noting how much your supplements help add to enhance that as well. She is currently taking Power Probiotic, Soothing Digestive Relief, NotaSAN drops (IBD Kit), along with Lypozyme and the Liver/Gallbladder supplements and has been completely off the steroids. Sometimes, people are just very skeptical about it all -- but boy what a difference it makes!"

Davy
"Davy was diagnosed with IBD and was bloated with fluid retention. I went to two different veterinarians but Davy still was very lethargic and wouldn’t eat. As stronger medications such as prednisone were being prescribed, we decided to try supplements instead. We started Davy on Liver & Gallbladder Supplement, Lypozyme & Power Probiotic. We also consulted with Susan Davis about Davy’s diet. His swelling went down and the IBD is completely under control. I sprinkle the capsules over his food since it is odorless and has no taste. He's feeling great and back to normal size-- no more fluid retention."

Tipper
"Our cat Tipper had IBD and while we tried many different foods, supplements and medications, he still did not have a formed stool. About a month following our consultation, Tipper started having normal bowel movements and has been normal ever since. My husband and I want to thank you very much for your advice and your products which have worked, what we consider to be a miracle in the life of our cat. I can imagine you are also very gratified when people like us let you know how your efforts to help us have resulted in a life for us and our cat."

Reese
"After researching and looking for a more holistic way to help my cat, Reese, and his tummy issues, I stumbled upon AskAriel. I purchased the IBD Kit for him and I believe this, combined with the food suggestions from AskAriel, has made such a difference for him in just a couple of months. He went from vomiting 3-4 times a week to only a couple of times a month, doesn't seem as bloated, and I no longer hear the rumblings in his tummy. He loves to take the Power Probiotic by itself, like it's a treat! We are happy to have found something that works for him and I'm sure Reese is happier, too!"

Misha
“In all my 61 years, I’ve never written a testimonial, so here’s my first go at one. We consulted a month go with Susan Davis, Ask Ariel’s nutritionist, about my 5.5 month old kitten, Misha. Misha was in serious condition with hemorrhaging from her colon. Her veterinarian and I had exhausted all possibilities. You quickly identified the cause: food allergies and made some dietary recommendations which I followed along with a few of the Ask Ariel IBD supplements. Within 24 hours, Misha’s bleeding stopped.
In addition to excellent, compassionate and concerned counsel, you also were aware of my stress and addressed this, as well as Misha’s problems. More, you wrote a personal letter of directions and support along with the products I ordered from you. I was impressed by what you did, Susan. And I thank you. You did so much more…. the over-time you spent while we talked; your willingness to be a resource; your sending samples of other products; and your personal touches, like the hand-written letter. The service you provide is essential. It’s a gift. I would recommend you to anyone, and have.”
